I cannot say enough about the expertise and helpfulness of Beth Horan. She did a great job marketing the property which resulted in an excellent outcome for us, but that was the least of it. This was the sale of a second home which is over an hour from where we live. Unfortunately, family illness prevented us from being able to spend much time cleaning out the house. Beth took it upon herself to find places to donate furniture and household items we couldn’t use and then cleaned out the remaining junk. This was a tremendous help to us.
