Beth was awarded Sales Associate of the Year multiple times from 2002 through 2022. Working out of the Franconia office, she has been with the company since 1998 and is a licensed Realtor in both NH & VT, having obtained the highly coveted designations of Certified Residential Specialist and SRES and completed Green for personal awareness as well as an effort to keep abreast of buyers keen interests and market trends. Having grown up in Sudbury, MA, and attending Green Mountain College majoring in Retail Management & Textile Design, she pursued independent careers for 11 years in Interior Design, then worked with her parent's home textiles business.

Following in her grandmother’s footsteps, she turned to real estate to fulfill her dreams of combining her passions of working with people and design, along with a love for real estate, architecture, and psychology. Beth believes that assisting clients and customers with frequent, clear communication and sharing knowledge of the area is key to a successful transaction. What is most rewarding to her is helping folks maneuver through the transaction smoothly, with no surprises and she attributes much of the fun of her day and success to working as a team with her husband Steve and Deb Ugo, Executive Assistant.

Beth and her husband Steve have resided in Franconia for 32 years raising 2 sons here, Travis and Tucker. Their children did not take for granted where they grew up as since being off to school and careers elsewhere, they’ve both relocated back to the area, settling as young adults and calling this home. Being a dog lover, you’ll often see Derby, their dog at work with her. She is an avid runner and enjoys hiking, cycling, fly fishing, skiing, gardening, yoga & sewing - grateful for the quality of life here.

She has participated in the Franconia Recreation Department Board, Bethlehem's Colonial Theatre Board, and Mountain Top Telecom Board and enjoys community volunteer work. Beth welcomes the opportunity to introduce you to the many reasons people love living and vacationing here!
